We use high quality images to create each individual design shown on our shop. The image is long lasting and is amazing quality. Please see product care information for details on how to care for your item.

Product care information:
Please wash on a low temperature (30 degrees), inside out with no fabric conditioner. Handwashing is preferable.
Do NOT tumble dry.
When ironing, do not iron directly on top of the print. Ideally iron inside out to prevent damage to the design.

Please Note:
Copy Right Name (Crescent Lane Gifts) will not be on your item when it is shipped out.

Shipping:

All items are sent out USPS delivery, typically items take between 1-5 working days or sooner to be dispatched for shipping.

All items are well packaged and in the event of an item being damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can amend the issue.


Returns:

All pre-printed items can be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and have not been used. In the case of a return the buyer is responsible for the postage cost.

Personalized and custom printed items cannot be returned. In the rare case that a mistake has been made on our end please contact us so we can amend it as quickly as possible.

Faulty and damaged products are eligible for a return. In this occasion the seller is responsible for the return shipping cost.
