Returns Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will Ship your order out with in 1 to 5 Business days.

We don't ship on Weekends or Holidays.

We ship all orders by USPS with a tracking number.

All orders under 1 lb will ship First Class Mail.

All Orders over 1 lb will ship Priority Mail.

All orders are shipped by weight....Some are shipped by weight and Size by USPS Standards.

 

First Class Shipping

one (1) to five (5) days for First-Class Mail

First-Class Package Service

one (1) to three (3) days for First-Class Package Service

Priority Mail includes tracking  and up to $50 of insurance

delivery in 1-3 business days
